I'll customize a program to help you reach specific goals whether they involve strength training and endurance, balance and coordination, or weight loss. My integrative approach takes lifestyle into account-daily routine, work/family demands diet, sleep, and social connections.




Featured Classses


Fifty minute Strength Training Class will help shape and tone core muscles using your own body weight.  I'll lead you through simple, highly effective moves that improve posture, relieve lower back pain and boost energy. Bring your mat, yoga block, and strap.


Fifty minute Whole Body Stretch Class will release stress trapped in the body and help correct muscle imbalance. You will experience improved coordination, balance, and ease in range of motion in every day activities.  Wear comfortable clothing and bring your mat, yoga block, and strap.






Around a decade ago, physical rehabilitation led me to exercise science and nutrition I came to realize that while my academic work challenges my mind, helping men and women achieve optimal wellness is where my heart thrives.
