To sit and rest in wakeful silence for a few minutes a day is to free yourself of the past, the future and to be present in your body in the here and now. Stepping out of "doing" mode to just "be" creates space for calm, discernment and clarity. Instead of going through the motions of life or habitually reacting to sources of stress and anxiety, your new-found sense of being present allows you to pause and act in a manner more in line with your true self. Live a life true to your deepest intentions and have the tools to face the obstacles and challenges that inevitably come up.


Whether you are a beginner who wants to establish a regular mindfulness practice or an experienced meditator looking for support, I work with people of all ages and levels. You are welcome to visit my studio, meet with me virtually or I can come to you.


I'll help you to choose from Mindful Meditation options that include sitting, lying down, body scan or movement for a period of time that meets your needs.




Around a decade ago, physical rehabilitation led me to exercise science and nutrition I came to realize that while my academic work challenges my mind, helping men and women achieve optimal wellness is where my heart thrives.
